Home Harvest staff love Nise's popcorn! The perfect healthy snack for those days at the soccer field or late night by the fire pit - expect about 1/2 pound per order.
PREPARING NISE'S POPCORN:
Coat the bottom of a 4-quart pan with ¼ cup vegetable oil. Add ¾ cup popcorn kernels and cover. Turn burner to medium or medium-high heat. Let kernels cook, shaking occasionally to prevent burning. When popping slows, remove pan from burner. Allow to cool. Pour into bowl and add salt and/or melted butter to taste.
